簽證申請表系統｜Visa Application System 

Required document 所需文件 :

• Admission letter from TCUCLC.

• Two 2-inch color photos within 6 months.　6個月內2吋彩色照片兩張

• Valid passport at least 6 months (original and photocopy)

• Any documents demanded by visa officers.

 ▲ Please apply for a Visitor Visa for the purpose of Studying Chinese.

 ▲ The total period of stay cannot exceed 180 days. 在臺總停留天數不得超過180天（自入境隔日起算為首日）

★ When your Visitor visa has been extended twice, you need to change to Resident Visa.

     當停留簽證已不得再延長時，請換成居留簽證。

★ Please apply in 8 working days before your expiration of the stay period.

     請在停留期限屆滿「至少8個工作天」前申請。

• Application form　外國人居停留案件申請表（線上填寫並印出紙本）  簽證申請表系統｜Visa Application System 

• Passport / Visa　護照 / 簽證

• Two 2-inch color photos within 6 months　6個月內2吋彩色照片兩張

• Health certificate issued within the last three months　三個月內健康檢查合格證明

• Certificate of Enrollment / Attendance 在學暨出勤證明書 (※ apply to the center 需向中心申請 )

• Transcript　成績單

• Study Plan　讀書計畫

• Financial Statement (Bank Account in Taiwan) 　財力證明（台灣帳戶）

▲ Application Fee: NTD$3,000 申請費用：3000台幣

▲ You must go to the “MOFA Office” to apply in person. 需親自至外交部申請

★ Those who change the “Residence Visa” must apply for the ARC online.

    改換發「居留簽證」者，需線上申請「外僑居留證」。移民署雲端線上申辦 ｜Student Online Application System

★ When you recieve resident visa, within 15 days you have to apply for ARC.

    應於居留簽證簽發日起「15日內」申請。

Required document 所需上傳文件 :

• Upload Photo　上傳大頭照 

• Certificate of Enrollment / Attendance 在學暨出勤證明書 (※ apply to the center 需向中心申請 )

• Passport / Resident Visa　護照 / 居留簽證

• Two 2-inch color photos within 6 months　6個月內2吋彩色照片兩張

• Proof of Accommodation (Housing agreement, proof of dormitory payment.)

  　住宿證明

▲In order to check the progress of the application, please be sure to remember the delivery number.

    為了查詢申請進度，請一定要記得送件號碼。

▲ Application Fee: NTD$1,000 (Online payment)  申請費用：NTD$1,000台幣

▲ As soon as you are done paying, you can go download ARC. 一付完錢就可以下載居留證

★ If there is no ARC, but needed to open a bank account, file tax returns, and obtain a driver’s license must have a unified license number. 

★ 如果沒有ARC，但需要銀行開戶、報稅、考領駕照的人，必須要有統一證號。

▲ You must go to the Immigration Agency to apply in person. 需親自至外交部申請。
